Excellent Customer Service in Social Media

In my Facebook Personal account, I "like" City of Marietta to see what's going on near me and with city government.

I recently posted a comment to one of their posts and they responded in what I would call 'record time'.  I wasn't being facetious - I really would love to work for a company that already gets it.

Someone over at the city is being vigilant to the demands of a digital audience and they're being personal.  THIS is true social media.
